  • Care and Instructions

    • Iron Setting: Set dry household iron to the Cotton / High heat setting (approx. 300°F–320°F / 150°C–160°C). Turn off steam completely.
    • Surface: Use a firm, flat, heat-resistant surface (a sturdy table or ironing board).
    • Pre-Press: Iron the garment area flat for 5 to 10 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture.


    Step-by-Step Application

    1. Position the Patch: Place the embroidered patch face up in your desired location on the garment.
    2. Cover: Lay a sheet of parchment paper or a thin cotton pressing cloth completely over the patch to protect the embroidery threads and garment fabric.
    3. Press Firmly (Front): Press the iron straight down onto the patch with firm, steady pressure for 20 to 25 seconds. Do not move the iron back and forth, as this can shift the patch.
    4. Press From Reverse (Back): Turn the garment inside out (or flip it over) and press the back of the application area firmly for another 15 to 20 seconds to draw the adhesive fully into the fabric weave.
    5. Cool Down & Check: Allow the garment and patch to cool completely for at least 2 to 3 minutes. Test the edges with your fingertip. If any edge lifts, recover with parchment paper and press for an additional 10 seconds.

    • Care: Handwash or Machine wash cold, air dry or tumble dry low
